There is a very small but nice sandy beach here. Not many swim in the lagoon but the city has made sure the water is safe. Personally I have swum across Central Lake from this beach many times. It’s a refreshing longer swim and the water averages about 5-6 feet deep. Also see lagoon map showing more things to do.
